Emil Audero is an Italian professional football player. He was born on January 18, 1997, in Mataram, Indonesia. Audero primarily plays as a goalkeeper and currently represents the Serie A club Sampdoria. Audero began his career at the youth academy of Serie A champions Juventus in 2009. After progressing through the ranks, he made his professional debut for Juventus in a Coppa Italia match in October 2016. However, he had limited opportunities at the club and was subsequently loaned out to Serie B side Venezia for the 2017-2018 season. During his loan spell at Venezia, Audero established himself as the first-choice goalkeeper and earned valuable experience. In July 2018, he joined Sampdoria on loan.
